TrueCare Home and Wellness Community Services Inc. was founded by two sisters (Abby & Rina) with a shared passion for healthcare and a deep commitment to helping others. With over a decade of combined nursing experience across hospital, long-term care, and community health settings, they saw firsthand the gaps in care for individuals who want to remain at home while receiving reliable, compassionate support.

Driven by their personal and professional experiences, they created TrueCare with the vision of offering a more personalized, dignified, and holistic approach to home care and wellness services. Abby & Rina believed that quality care should feel like family not just service. Their mission was clear: to build a trusted community-centered company that treats every client with the same care and respect they would give their own loved ones.

Today, TrueCare's mission is to proudly provide a full range of support services across the Greater Toronto Area. Whether it's helping with everyday personal tasks, maintaining a clean and safe home, managing complex medical needs, or supporting mental and emotional wellness, our trained and dedicated team is here to help.
